• Client Information: Personal trainers may input client information, including names, contact details, health information, and fitness goals, to create customized training plans.
• Health and Fitness Data: We collect health-related information such as fitness goals, body measurements, workout history, and nutrition data to provide our core services. We treat this as sensitive data and handle it with additional care.
• Usage Data: We collect data on how you interact with the app, such as log files, device information, and usage patterns.

How We Use Your Information

• Personalization: We use your information to personalize your experience, including tailoring training plans based on individual fitness goals and preferences.
• Communication: We may use your contact information to send important updates, notifications, or marketing materials. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Improvement: Your usage data helps us improve the app, fix bugs, and enhance user experience.

Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate and improve our app. These may include:

• Authentication providers (such as Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple) to enable secure login.
• Payment processors (such as RevenueCat) to manage subscriptions and process payments. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
• Analytics and crash reporting tools to monitor app performance and improve stability.

These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain information for longer (for example, transaction records for tax or legal compliance).

For security and disaster recovery purposes, residual copies of your data may remain in our backups for up to 6 months after deletion. These backups are not used for any other purpose and are permanently overwritten on a rolling basis.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by:

• Using the account deletion option within the settings menu in the app.

Once a deletion request is received, we will process it within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements described above.

Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously and employ industry-standard measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect it. While no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, we work to safeguard your information and respond promptly to any security incidents in accordance with applicable law.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data as outlined in this policy or as required by law.

• Trainer–Client Relationship: Trainers may access and use relevant client information to facilitate the creation and execution of personalized training plans. Clients consent to this sharing when they accept an invitation from their trainer.
• Service Providers: We share limited data with the third-party services described above to operate the app.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information in response to a court order, subpoena, or other legal process.

Children's Privacy

PT1Pro is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.

Training and Nutrition Disclaimer

The training and nutrition plans provided through PT1Pro are created by individual personal trainers. Trainers are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and suitability of the plans they create for their clients. PT1Pro does not provide medical advice, and you should consult a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition program.

Your Choices

You can review and update your account information at any time within the app. You may also opt out of marketing communications and request deletion of your account and associated data as described above.
